Browser Settings

Do you have a question about setting up your browser?
A Web browser is a software program that helps you retrieve and view documents from the World Wide Web.

The Web site is best viewed at a screen resolution of 800 x 600. Most computer systems today are capable of displaying this resolution. Please see your computer operating system manual for more details about changing this setting.

In order to better view Web pages, many browsers allow you to adjust the size of the font displayed. Consult the "Help" menu option within your browser for specific instructions.

To ensure a high level of security for our clients we require a browser that uses 128-bit encryption. This level of encryption is one of the strongest levels of encryption currently available to U.S. and Canadian citizens. We require the 128-bit encryption to ensure the safety of your account data. You may consult the "Help" menu, "About Internet Explorer" option, "Cipher Strength" to check your browser's current encryption level.

If your browser does not meet the 128-bit encryption requirement please click on the appropriate link below and follow the instructions to download Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Microsoft Internet Explorer

1. Click on the Internet Explorer button above, which provides a link to the Microsoft site.

2. Click on the "Next" button. (Microsoft will determine if the user resides within the U.S. or Canada.)

3. If the check is valid, read the export agreement and click the "I Agree" button to proceed. (If you do not see the button you may not be able to download the browser.)

4. Choose the appropriate version of Internet Explorer from the selection box and click "Download Now!"

5. Save the file and make note of the location. A box should appear showing the download progress.

6. After the file is finished downloading, double-click on the file and follow the on-screen installation instructions from Microsoft.
